Exercise with Laughter Yoga is held on Tuesdays at Lloyd Hall, the first "boathouse" behind the Philadelphia Art Museum on the Schuylkill River with registration at 6pm. Class starts promptly at 6:16pm.
Dr. Madan Kataria, an Indian MD, began Laugher Yoga 23 years ago and now it is in over 106 countries with over 5,000 Laughter Clubs world wide.
Backed by reams of science and practicality, Laughter Yoga is currently in use at the Mayo Clinic and hospitals, athletic training programs & programmed at several recreation centers around Philadelphia. Perfect for all ages and abilities/disabilities.
